Meet Dr. Chien
Phillip Chien, DDS, is an expert dentist with over 20 years of expertise in general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and preventive dentistry at Sunshine Dental, Inc. Located in Temecula, California, Dr. Chien is certified in a full suite of dentistry services, including orthodontics and implant placement, dental veneers, and wisdom tooth removal.
Dr. Chien began his professional education at the University of California Los Angeles, where he earned his bachelor of science in electrical engineering in 1994. After graduation, Dr. Chien remained in Los Angeles and enrolled at the UCLA School of Dentistry. He excelled in the program and graduated four years later with his doctor of dental surgery. Shortly after that, he entered private practice.
In 2002, Dr. Chien relocated his family to Temecula and opened Sunshine Dental, Inc., where he provides families and individuals with compassionate dental health care. Oral health care is more than Dr. Chien’s profession; it’s his passion. He takes great pride in presenting patients with a warm, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere and is committed to pain-free treatment.
When he isn’t working with patients, Dr. Chien enjoys furthering his professional expertise. He completes dozens of continuing education hours every year and is an active member in professional organizations such as the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Tri-County Dental Society.
